By a practitioner from China

(Clearwisdom.net) There is a group of practitioners, mostly elderly ladies, who have been doing the three things righteously, continuously, and diligently.

They wake up at 3:40 a.m. to do the morning group exercise. At 6:00 a.m., they send forth righteous thoughts. After all that is done, they get ready to go out. Some of them grab something to eat at home while others eat breakfast out. Then they go directly to a designated location to send forth righteous thoughts. They often travel in groups of two or three, as well as form a circle or semi-circle around the brainwashing center or the forced labor camp. Depending on the location, they either stand, or sit in the lotus position and keep their palms erect to send forth righteous thoughts. They do it quietly, calmly, compassionately, and with full concentration. Because of their pure and strong righteous thoughts and their concentrated focus on one location as a group, their states of mind are good and the results are quite excellent.

When they send forth righteous thoughts, several of them feel their bodies are surrounded by a strong energy field. Their minds are empty without any distracting thoughts and they feel wonderful and comfortable. Others feel their bodies expanding and becoming gigantic and also feel the strong energy emitting from their palms. Still others feel their bodies warm and light.

They send forth righteous thoughts as a group daily during the week. Each day they go to specified locations where the persecution situation is severe or where the most perpetrators are. The locations may be nearby or far away. They cover every such area possible. Regardless of the weather or the temperature, they never stop doing these important activities. Depending on the situation, they send forth righteous thoughts for one to two hours at each location. After that, they go their separate ways to places where there are crowds of people, such as bus stations, town squares, and markets. They explain to people the truth about Falun Gong, hand out flyers, and encourage them to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations. Some practitioners go to residential buildings and small areas to distribute DVDs and CDs about Falun Gong and copies of the book Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. At noon, one of the set times, they send forth righteous thoughts along with practitioners around the world. When they are done, they eat their lunch. After that, they have the choice of continuing to clarify the truth to people or go home.

In the afternoons, these practitioners study the Fa at home and do household chores. If they enlighten to certain understandings or have questions about certain issues, they share or discuss with other practitioners. This is how they elevate and improve their moral character from within the Fa. They also meet for group Fa study once a week as well as joining global practitioners sending forth righteous thoughts at 6:00 p.m.. For local areas, they send forth righteous thoughts every hour between 8:00 p.m. And 10:00 p.m.. In between those times, they study the Fa. After they join the global time to send forth righteous thoughts at midnight, they go to bed.

On Saturdays and Sundays, each practitioner decides where she wants to distribute the informational materials, DVDs, CDs, and the Nine Commentaries. Also, they each choose a location to talk to people about the "three withdrawals." Those diligent elderly practitioners have left their footsteps all over the city and the surrounding areas, bringing the blessings of Dafa to each and every household!

When the Chinese Communist Party used the Beijing Olympic Games as an excuse to increase the persecution of Falun Gong, this group of elderly practitioners persevered in doing the three things regularly. When I asked them, "Weren't any of you afraid?" one of them replied, "We were only thinking of ways to save more people and do the three things better. We did not even think about being arrested." They study the Fa earnestly, believe in Teacher and Dafa, keep their thoughts and actions righteous, and coordinate well with each other as a group. As a result, they did the three things more easily and were not negatively affected by the Olympics.

One day during the Olympics, six policemen went to Practitioner A's house to arrest her. She stood in front of the door and said, "Don't you dare enter my house. You all should say, 'Falun Dafa is good!'" The police chief replied, "Someone informed us you were asking people to quit the Communist Party." Practitioner A compassionately said, "The six of you should also quit. I'm trying to save you. I don't care how you treat me. I still want to save you." The police chief resisted by saying, "Don't go out to ask people to quit the Party." Undaunted, she replied, "My duty is to save people. Therefore, I will do whatever I have to do." The six policemen did not have anything to say so they left. However, when she left her house, Practitioner A was followed. When she saw that she was being followed, she immediately turned around to send forth righteous thoughts to the police officer. He was so scared that he ran away. Since then, no one has followed her.

Someone reported Practitioner B while she was talking to people about quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in public. Eight policemen arrested her and took her in for interrogation. But Practitioner B ignored them and continuously sent forth righteous thoughts to clear the evil elements around her. She also had the good sense to hide the list of people who had quit the CCP and asked Teacher for help. In her mind she asked, "Teacher, I want to go out there to clarify the truth. This is not the place for me to stay." Unable to get anything out of her after three hours of failed interrogation, the police chief said, "Why don't you go home? I know you are a good person." Under Teacher's protection, Practitioner B was released.

Practitioner C took her grandson with her to persuade people to withdraw from the Party. While doing this, they ran into a police officer. With a smile, she explained the facts about Falun Gong and encouraged him to quit the CCP, which he agreed to do. Two days ago, Practitioner A gave a copy of the Nine Commentaries to a public security officer and said, "Please take this with you; if you cannot give it away, please return it to me. Please do not destroy it as it is for saving people." He agreed and took the book with him.

Some of the practitioners were being monitored and followed by personnel from the residential committee, so the practitioners compassionately talked to them about Falun Gong and the CCP's misdeeds. These people heard and understood the facts and agreed to quit the CCP, and to quit persecuting the practitioners. For this group of practitioners, the Olympics became a great opportunity to clarify the truth and to encourage the "three withdrawals" (withdrawing from the Chinese Communist Party, the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers). Every week they persuaded close to 2,000 people to quit the CCP, and sometimes even more than 2,000. As a group, they have gotten rid of large quantities of evil elements while sending forth righteous thoughts. At the same time, they have clarified the truth and saved many sentient beings, thus improving the cultivation environment in the local area. It is obvious from their cultivation improvement that they also raised their moral level, purifying their bodies. This is a testament to the mighty power of Dafa.

The practitioners get along well with each other. A few days ago, a practitioner was released after several years of "illegal imprisonment" for assisting in distributing informational materials. This group of practitioners immediately sent him Dafa books, rice, personal items, and money. They suggested that he stay home to study the Fa, adjust his mindset, and look for a job later. They often visited and shared with him to help raise his understanding of the Fa and increase his righteous thoughts. As a result, this practitioner was able to sense the compassion of Dafa and became confident to continue with his cultivation in Dafa.

In the past few years, this group of practitioners have donated part of their hard-earned money to establish a site to produce large amounts of informational materials. Beside supplying the local needs, they have been sending the materials to practitioners in remote farm villages and mountainous areas. Along with the requirements of the Fa-rectification process, they donated more money to buy equipment and materials to help practitioners in those areas to establish their materials production site. Because the practitioners in the farming areas do not have enough money, this group of practitioners have been sending them supplies and funds. The material sites in the remote areas are now becoming stable and developing well. The elderly practitioners' selfless and constant help have enabled the practitioners in the remote areas to distribute truth-clarification materials and talk to people about Falun Gong and the "three withdrawals."

Whenever I see such diligence in this group of practitioners, I can tell where I'm lacking, making me determined to catch up.
