Case Description:
Li Xinqi, male, 60 years old, was a villager from the 5th group of Changhe Village, Fangping Township, Guangan District in Guangan City, Sichuan Province. The local police persecuted all four members of the Li Xinqi family because they persisted in cultivating Dafa. Li Xinqi was tortured to death on April 18, 2002.
