Case Description:
Zhong Yunxiu, female, 27 years old, was a resident of Shanhe Village, Nankouqian Town, Qingyuan County in Fushun City, Liaoning Province. She was a middle school English teacher in Qingyuan County's Beisanjia Middle School. She went to appeal in Beijing on July 21, 1999. On July 28, she was detained in Jietai Temple in Beijing. On July 29, while being escorted back to Fushun City, she died after jumping off the train in attempt to escape from her captors.
