Case Description:
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Ruiying, 54, lived in Dingxing County, Hebei Province. Because she steadfastly practiced Falun Dafa, Ms. Li was tortured, brutally beaten, and shocked many times with electric batons. She was tied up for four whole days inside the Baoding City Forced Labor Camp, and later cuffed onto a bed for four days. In September 2004, she was bailed out on medical parole because she was dying, and she passed away on December 19, 2005.
