Case Description:
On the morning of September 23, 2005, Harbin City police launched a massive hunt for practitioners. On the same day, practitioner Ms. Lu Lihua was arrested and sent to the No. 2 Detention Center of Harbin City (Yazijuan), where she was tortured. At around 7:20 p.m. on October 2, 2005, Ms. Lu passed away on her way to a hospital.
