(Minghui.org) Three sisters—Ms. Cheng Wenhui, Ms. Cheng Wenxian, and Ms. Cheng Wenbin— and Ms. Liao Tianbi were arrested on the morning of June 2, 2012, by officers from the Xinmin Police Station of Fengjie County. The women had been their way home after distributing Falun Gong materials. The sisters were sent to the Women's Forced Labor Camp of Chongqing, while Ms. Liao was sentenced to one year of forced labor, to be served outside the camp under police surveillance.

The four women worked hard to clarify the truth about Falun Gong for the sole purpose of saving people from being misled by the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) propaganda. They are now being penalized for their kindness.

Family Members Suffer

Ms. Cheng Wenxian is the eldest daughter in the Cheng family. She is a retired teacher from Wansheng Elementary School in Qingshui Village, Zhuyi Town, Fengjie County. When she was young, she was sent to the countryside to be “re-educated,” where she suffered a great deal of hardship and developed many health problems. A fortuneteller once told her that she would not live beyond the age of 63, but in 1997, she became a Falun Gong practitioner and all her health problems soon disappeared. Now she is 65, and, before she was arrested, she was very healthy.

Ms. Cheng is very kind and tolerant. Her mother was over 90 years old and unable to take care herself for many years. Each year, Ms. Cheng's mother would spend six months with Ms. Cheng, and Ms. Cheng always took good care of her until she passed away in April 2012. Ms. Cheng's husband also has many health problems. Then, in 2004, he broke his leg and really needed Ms. Cheng's help. Even with the increased responsibility at home, Ms. Cheng never complained.

Ms. Cheng has now been sent to the Chongqing Women's Forced Labor Camp just for telling people the facts about Falun Gong. The CCP used its media to spread propaganda, and ordinary people are forbidden to tell their stories. Ms. Cheng's family has had a very difficult time accepting this reality.

Her Family Depends on Her

Ms. Cheng Wenbin, 62, is originally from Anping Town, Fengjie County, and now lives in the Wanzhou District. Her family owns a small hotel, their sole source of income. Ms. Cheng is the center of her family. Her mother-in-law is over 90 years old and is unable take care herself. Her son is 6 feet tall, but he has been paralyzed for many years. (When her own mother was also over 90, she usually spent six months of each year with her.) She cares for these three people and has to clean up after them, which is quite a job since two of them are incontinent. Her 17-year-old grandson is mentally retarded, and her 70-year-old husband has diabetes. The entire family desperately needs her.

Everyday, Ms. Cheng took good care of her family. She changed their clothes, bathed them, and fed them. She never complained and just did all of these things quietly. Everyone in the neighborhood knows that Ms. Cheng is a good mother, wife, and daughter.

Her main reason for taking on all of these difficult tasks at home stems from being a Falun Gong practitioner. She used to have a lot of health problems herself, and she suffered a lot. After she began practicing Falun Gong in 1997, all her illnesses were gone, and she soon became the mainstay of her family.

Even under such difficult family circumstances, Ms. Cheng still clarified the truth of Falun Gong to help people come to a better understanding. Now she has been arrested and sent away for one year of forced labor, and there is nobody to take care of her family.

How Could Obtaining a Health Body Be Wrong?

Ms. Cheng Wenhui, 59, was a teacher at the Xinglong Middle School in Fengjie County. She used to get sick a lot. She had amebic dysentery for three years after getting married, and she looked like a skeleton. Her health deteriorated even more after she gave birth. At the age of 36, and after recovering from a severe illness, she was unable to continue working . The doctor diagnosed her with anemia, but she actually had leukemia. Her face was so pale that she looked as if she were dead, and she was so desperate that she often wanted to commit suicide. On the 1997 New Year, she went to visit one of her elder sisters (Ms. Cheng Wenbin), who showed her Falun Gong. Her health soon recovered after she began practicing.

Later on, her husband had a stroke. Although he survived, he became disabled and had to retire. Ms. Cheng has had to take care of her husband at home ever since.

In early July 2002, Ms. Cheng developed a severe health problem: she bled heavily for no known reason. Her skin was pale, and she could barely walk on her own. However, she still tried her best to take care of her husband. In the end, she collapsed and fell unconscious. Her family and neighbors thought she was going to die, but she strongly maintained the thought that Falun Dafa would save her. Because of her strong will, she came to that same afternoon and quickly recovered. She is now nearly 60 years old and very healthy.

Before the 2008 Olympics, the police chief of Chongqing City, Wang Lijun, ordered the police in Chongqing to arrest many Falun Gong practitioners. On June 19, 2008, four officers broke into Ms. Cheng's home and ransacked it. She was taken to the Fengjie County Detention Center for 15 days. She is now in the Chongqing Women's Forced Labor Camp.

Police Trick Ms. Liao

Along with the three sisters from the Cheng family, Ms. Liao Tianbi was also arrested. Due to her health problems, Ms. Liao was detained for 15 days at a police station and was then placed under house arrest. On the morning of June 19, the police changed her sentence to one year of forced labor, to be served outside the prison under police surveillance.

Officers from the Fengjie County Police Department tricked Ms. Liao into agreeing to a verdict and signing fabricated documents. First, they sent a few officers to visit her and have a friendly chat. The next day, they visited her again and pretended to listen to the facts about Falun Gong. In the middle of the conversation, they took out some papers and ask her to sign her name. Before she even realized what she had signed, they grabbed the documents and left quickly.
