(Minghui.org) The Falun Gong Divine Land Marching Band and Waist Drum Team performed at the Indonesian president's inauguration on October 20.
Joko Widodo and his vice president, Jusuf Kalla, were sworn in during the ceremony. The inauguration parade took place on Sudirman Ave and MH Thamrin, and passed by the National Monument and the official residence of the president—Merdeka Palace (Independence Palace).
Indonesian Falun Gong practitioners in the Divine Land Marching Band and the Waist Drum Team performed twice during in the ceremony.
Practitioners handed out more than ten thousand Falun Gong flyers as the parade moved through the streets. After the parade, they were invited to the presidential residence, where they played two songs, including “Falun Dafa Is Good.”

Foreign dignitaries at the ceremony included Prime Minister Tony Abbott of Australia, and John Kerry, the American Secretary of State. Thousands of spectators from all walks of life crowded the streets.
