(Minghui.org) Many mainstream websites in China recently carried yet another article defaming Falun Gong. The story claims that a person with the last name of Sun was arrested for having sexual relations with a number of women under the guise of “gene transfer and cultivation of love.” The article associated his actions with the concept of “double cultivation of a man and woman,” and asserted that Sun was a Falun Gong follower.

This was just the most recent attempt by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in its 15-year-long campaign to defame Falun Gong. The goal is to justify the brutal persecution of this peaceful cultivation practice and brainwash the general public into misunderstanding Falun Gong, while at the same time blocking the Chinese people's access to the facts.

Falun Gong was introduced to the public in 1992 in China and since then has become widespread in more than 100 countries across the world. People of all ages and ethnic backgrounds have benefited from the practice both physically and mentally. Falun Gong is welcomed all around the world. Yet the CCP could not tolerate the popularity of this cultivation practice and the fact that the number of Falun Gong practitioners exceeded that of CCP members. Therefore, in 1999 it launched a brutal persecution of the practice, which has continued through to today.

The new smear campaign comes at a time when more and more Chinese people have learned the facts about Falun Gong and the extent and brutality of the persecution. Over 160 million have quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations, the highest daily record being more than 100,000.

As the CCP struggles to maintain its grip on the minds of the Chinese people through a careful campaign of information control, it initiated this latest attempt, the “male-female dual cultivation” scam on the evening of April 10. The alleged cases occurred in Henan Province.

Double cultivation of a man and a woman is a practice unique to Tibetan Buddhism, a cultivation school that exists in certain regions of the Himalayas.

Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Gong, stated clearly in Zhuan Falun , “Particularly in our school of Falun Dafa, there is no double cultivation of a man and a woman, and neither do we need it. That is how we look at this issue.”

All of the recently-published online articles on the Henan Province sex scandal have exactly the same words, apparently from the same source of CCP propaganda. Yet despite the CCP's attempt to tie Sun to Falun Gong, his behavior is the polar opposite of Falun Gong's teachings.

Falun Gong practitioners are regular, participating members of society. They may be single or married. Sexual relations outside of marriage are considered a sin and such behavior is not condoned. Falun Gong practitioners improve their morality and strive to be good people in daily life. The idea that Falun Gong promotes improper sexual relations in order for practitioners to reach consummation is nonsense. Minghui.org has published numerous stories of people who corrected their improper sexual relations after practicing Falun Gong.

Since taking power over 60 years ago, the CCP has always relied on lies to defame the various groups it has targeted for violent persecution. The day that all of its lies are exposed is not far away.
