(Minghui.org) An older Falun Gong practitioner in Chongqing City submitted a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin, the former head of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), using her real name in July 2015. In the submission letter she stated how Jiang and his group have persecuted Falun Gong practitioners since 1999.

After submitting her lawsuit, this law-abiding citizen was harassed by the police a couple of times, but she was not intimidated; instead, she responded with strong righteous actions.

In mid-September this year, three police officers went to her home. One was a lead officer, and the other two were assistants from the residential community. They started to take pictures at the entrance to her home. The practitioner immediately stopped them and said, “You are still doing things to persecute Falun Gong! I was not even afraid to sue Jiang Zemin! Why are you taking pictures?”

One officer said, “It is just to show that we've been here, so we can tell them that we have done our job.”

“No, that's not it. It is really to harass Falun Gong practitioners,” the practitioner said. “Think about those who persecuted people during the Cultural Revolution! They were the police officers and military representatives who served the CCP and they were all later taken to Yunnan Province to be executed afterward! Good and evil actions will receive their corresponding karmic retribution! I would advise you to no longer participate in persecuting Falun Gong. Quit the CCP now to save yourselves!”

The officers were quite frightened. As they left her home, one assistant repeated, “We'll think about it. We'll think about it.”

One evening in October, it happened again. A police officer pounded on the practitioner's door. When she asked the officer what he wanted, he responded that she needed to sign something because she submitted a false accusation letter. In fact, the Chinese Constitution and laws protect citizens' rights to report and sue officials for wrongdoing. So submitting a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin to the Supreme Procuratorate is in accordance with the laws and cannot be called a false accusation without proper investigation.

The practitioner stood by the window and said to the officer: “We follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to become better people. In comparison, the CCP persecutes good people and has killed countless Falun Gong practitioners. People in China all know about this! People around the world know about this!”

The officer got very nervous and said, “Please stop. Please stop.” And then he left.
