(Minghui.org) In the nearly 16 years since the persecution of Falun Gong began, practitioners in China have been doing many different things to help people understand Falun Gong and the persecution. Many people look forward to receiving the beautiful calendars with information about Falun Gong on them.
I took a big package of calendars to a local market to hand them out, but few people took them. I realized that perhaps I should tell them that the calendars had information about Falun Gong.
I began calling out, "Please remember Falun Dafa is good!" People started to walk over to me and asked, “Is Falun Gong allowed to be public now?” I replied loudly, “Yes, it is! The calendars are available all over the world!” All my calendars were claimed that day.
The second time, another practitioner and I went to the local market three times with the calendars on our bicycles. All of them were given out.
We went together again with a small cart that held approximately 200 calendars. They were all claimed this time, too. Some people asked for more so they could give them to their relatives and friends. I told one man who was taking several that it was better to leave some for others. He begged me, "Please give me more calendars."
Another man said, "I would like to take one for my grandson. The one I gave him last year had a picture of a fish on it. He drew it and won first place in a painting competition.” The man quit the Chinese Communist Party after I talked to him about Falun Gong.
