(Minghui.org) My two-month-old grandson was diagnosed with blood poisoning in January 2015. It seemed we were too late: he had two operations within five days, but wasn't getting better. Even the doctor said twice that his life was in jeopardy.
But just when everything seemed hopeless, my son and daughter-in-law sincerely began reciting “Falun Dafa is good.” Today, my grandson is fully healthy and recovered.
One day, my daughter-in-law found that her baby boy's leg and armpits were swollen. She and her husband immediately took the baby to the county hospital. But the hospital turned them away because the condition was too serious and the baby was only 70 days old.
My son and daughter-in-law then went to a bigger hospital. The baby had two operations in five days, but he did not get any better. In the end, the doctor suggested that the parents transfer the baby to the best hospital in the region to improve the baby's chances. However, he was not optimistic.
Like me, my son's parents-in-law practice Falun Dafa. They told the young couple that sincerely reciting “Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” would help.
I had told my son and daughter-in-law the same thing, but they were skeptical due to the propaganda against Falun Dafa by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Now with nowhere else to turn, they decided to give Falun Dafa a try.
They got the baby discharged from the second hospital and kept reciting the verses on the way home. The baby's complexion gradually turned from dark and sickly to rosy.
Later on, the baby's belly button was infected and festered. My son and daughter-in-law began to worry again. I told them not to worry, for Master Li, founder of Falun Dafa, was purifying his body.
My grandson gradually got better and has completely recovered now. From witnessing this miracle, my wife, son and daughter-in-law saw the magnificent power of Falun Dafa, and took up the practice.
After my neighbors and relatives heard the story, they agreed that the government is wrong to persecute Falun Dafa, the practice that gave my grandson a second life. Some of them even quit the the Communist Party to stand in solidarity with the practice.
