(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 9 cities or counties in 5 provinces. According to this report, 21 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 4 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Weifang, Shandong Province] 13 Practitioners Arrested
Thirteen practitioners from Zhuchang were arrested by officers from the Zhucheng Domestic Security Division and Baichihe Police Station on April 23, 2015. The practitioners are: Ms. Song Xiuyun, Ms. Zhou Congbo, Ms. Chen Lian, Ms. Wang Huanxiu, Ms. Yuan Xinmei, Ms. Lin Lianghua, Ms. Chi Lingxin, Ms. Chen Weifeng, Ms. Yuan Fen, Ms. Wang, Ms. Shen and two other practitioners. The female practitioners are being held in the Weifang Detention Center and the male practitioners are being held in the Zhucheng Supervision Team.

2. [Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Zeng Zhaohua Detained
Ms. Zeng Zhaohua from Chenggu County was held in a detention center in Xian City in 2014. She was later transferred and her whereabouts are now unknown.
3. [Taian, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhu Jiaxian Arrested
Mr. Zhu Jiaxian was arrested at home by agents from the Xintai 610 Office and Wennan Police Station on April 28, 2015. His home was ransacked and he was taken to the Wennan Police Station
4. [Huinan, Jilin Province] 4 Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Dong Guangwen, 51; Ms. Zhang Jingbo, 61; Ms. Liu Ping, 51; and Ms. Zhang Jing, in her 40s, from Jinchuan Town were arrested by officers from the Huinan Police Department Domestic Security Division on February 14, 2015, for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. They seized a car, informational materials, computers, and printers.
Mr. Dong and Ms. Zhang Jingbo are being held in the Huinan Detention Center. Ms. Liu and Ms. Zhang Jing are being held in the Tonghua Detention Center.
5. [Bin, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Guangxia and Ms. Lin Hongfang Arrested
Ms. Liu Guangxia and Ms. Lin Hongfang were arrested by Shizhong Police Station officers on March 25, 2015, for talking to people about Falun Gong. They were taken to the Domestic Security Division for interrogation. Ms. Lin was released on April 9; Ms. Liu is being held in the Binzhou Detention Center.
6. [Beipiao, Liaoning Province] Ms. Fang Hailing and Ms. Yang Qinghua Detained
Ms. Fang Hailing and Ms. Yang Qinghua from the Taoyuan Residential Quarters were arrested on April 28, 2015. They were taken to the Chaoyang Detention Center the next afternoon.

7. [Weifang, Shandong Province] Mr. Yin Kaikui Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison
Linqu Court authorities tried Mr. Yin Kaikui in a detention center on April 30, 2015, and sentenced him to 4 years in prison. He will appeal to a higher court.
8. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Ms. Guan Shuxian Detained
Ms. Guan Shuxian was followed, then arrested by officers from the Dehui Domestic Security Division on April 26, 2015, for raising the awareness of the persecution of Falun Gong. She was taken to the Dehui Detention Center for a term of 15 days.
9. [Yibin, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Xinjian and Mr. Wang Kejun Detained
Ms. Zhang Xinjian and Mr. Wang Kejun from the Cuiping District were arrested and detained in the Dayi Detention Center. They were handcuffed and shackled.
10. [Shenyang, Liaoning Province] Mr. Shu Yu Imprisoned
Mr. Shu Yu was recently transferred from the Zaohua No.1 Detention Center to a prison.
