(Minghui.org) Bringing the chief perpetrator Jiang Zemin to justice for the persecution of Falun Dafa is a righteous act that aligns with Chinese society's return to justice.

From the perspective of legal procedures, this would first require plaintiffs suing Jiang. The cases can then be registered, and legal proceedings can start.

I know that many Falun Dafa practitioners want to sue Jiang Zemin. Some have waited 16 years for this. So, why haven't we done it sooner?

Here are some of the reasons:

1. Many elderly practitioners consider writing a criminal complaint very difficult. They are eloquent with their speech when talking about Falun Dafa and the persecution and helping people quit the Chinese Communist Party, but when it comes to writing, they think it's too difficult.

2. The difficulty increases when they know that they will have to find a way to type their handwritten complaints.

3. Some practitioners, especially those who started their practice years after the persecution began, haven't been arrested. Therefore, they don't know what they should put as evidence of the persecution in their complaint.

4. Many practitioners are looking for a standard approach. For example, writing a complaint that follows a standard format, writing their persecution experiences clearly with accurate dates, locations and names of the perpetrators. They would like to send out a printed version via EMS (Express Mail Service, which that tracks the delivery), and then send the electronic version to the Minghui website.

Consequently, many practitioners have spent a lot of time looking up criminal complaint formats, verifying dates, locations, events, and names of the perpetrators, practicing writing neatly, looking for a place to type the complaints, and purchasing or borrowing memory sticks to store their electronic versions.

Of course, a professional-looking criminal complaint is best, but it takes time for those who are not comfortable with writing a legal document to go about this. We know that time awaits no one.

Master said in “Fa Teaching Given at the 2015 New York Fa Conference:”

“Of course it’s good to do things better, but even if something is not done that well, don’t hold it up from being completed. Some things can still have an impact even when they’re not done that well. If they are done better, of course they will be even more effective, but don’t hold things up and cause them to have no impact at all.”

It is great to have a well-presented criminal complaint, but it's also good enough if the complaint just contains the key points. The Minghui website has provided complaint templates for everyone's convenience. We can all do our best, but we need to act swiftly. I believe the key is to file the criminal complaints quickly and join the trend of suing Jiang with our righteous thoughts.

Therefore, if a print version is too hard to get, a handwritten complaint is fine. If a complaint with comprehensive facts is hard to come by, a copy highlighting key points will work as well.

We need to state our requests clearly: to bring Jiang Zemin to justice as a result of his criminal acts. Don't be too attached to listing every piece of persecution experience thoroughly or how well the complaint is written. What's important is to make the complaint available to the Supreme People's Procuratorate or the Supreme People's Court, so that they can see that many more people are suing Jiang.

Jiang Zemin is responsible for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. China's entire political, economic, social, and legal systems have been used to attack innocent people. Everyone who has been a victim of the lies and propaganda against Falun Dafa can sue Jiang Zemin.

Jiang has used the media to spread lies around the globe. Everyone inside and outside of China who have been duped by the lies can sue him.

As for how handwritten complaints can be logged by the Minghui website, I think Minghui can set up a registrar for suing Jiang Zemin. Anyone who has mailed a criminal complaint can report a name, location, delivery method, and date. These can then be summarized with the total number of lawsuits by locale.

Swiftness is key. Let's not hold up the progress of Fa-rectification.
