(Minghui.org) Hired by the family of Falun Gong practitioner Mr. He Yongming, a Beijing lawyer visited Mr. He in the Wanyaoshu Detention Center on September 11, 2015. No information was provided about the visit.
When Mr. He was arrested by officials from the Panzhihua City’s Renhu District Police on July 20, 215, his 86-year old father witnessed his arrest and the ransacking of his home.
Mr. He’s wife and father asked the Renhe District Police for Mr. He’s immediate release on September 1. Officer Qi Xueyun told Mr. He’s wife to sign her husband’s arrest document. But since she did not see a signature by the police, she refused to sign. Officer Qi said that he would see her in court in two months.
According to inside sources, police submitted Mr. He's case to the Renhe District Prosecutor’s Office.
Mr. He’s father lives with his son. The elderly father was so traumatized that he was missing for one week before his family found him.
At the time of this report, Mr. He has been detained at the Wanyaoshu Detention Center for 57 days.
