According to this report, 8 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 54 were illegally arrested. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.

Four practitioners were recently sentenced by Ruichang City Court. The sentences are three and a half years, three years and four months, and three years and two months.
They are Ms. Wang Yiming, Ms. Zhao Xiangjun, Ms. He Yuyun, and Ms. Zhang Xiaohong.

2. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Gao Zengzhen and Ms. Gao Zengju Detained
Ms. Gao Zengzhen was arrested by officers from Kaihe Police Station and Zhoucun Domestic Security Division on December 21, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator.
Ms. Gao Zengju was also arrested by officers from Shantou Police Station and Boshan Domestic Security Division on December 22, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.
Both are detained at Fujia Town Detention Center in Zibo City.
3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Ji Chunling's Whereabouts Unknown
Ms. Ji Chunling, 41, was arrested on November 5, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator. Her whereabouts are still unknown.
4. [Yichang City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhang Ling Detained
Ms. Zhang Ling was arrested by officers from Yiling District on December 16, 2014. She was sentenced to a three-year prison term on May 4, 2015. She is detained at Hubei Women's Prison.
5. [Linzhou City, Henan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Li Jieqing was arrested by officers from the Guilin Town Police Station on December 23, 2015.
Ms. Liang Hexiang was also arrested by officers from the Guilin Town Police Station on the same day. She is detained at Linzhou Detention Center.
Ms. Yuan Fuxian was arrested by officers from the Kaiyuan District Police Station that day.

Ms. Li Shuzhen was arrested and taken to the Chicheng County Domestic Security Division on December 26, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

7. [Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province] Seven Practitioners Arrested
Seven practitioners were arrested at Ms. Zhao Yu's home on December 20, 2015. They are Ms. Zhao Yu, Ms. Li Caihong, Ms. Shi Miaohui, Ms. Wen Jun, Ms. Jiang Xiuqin, Mr. Wang Qingjun, and Ms. Lu Ying. The police ransacked Ms. Zhao's home and confiscated approximately 10,000 yuan, a car, and Falun Gong books.
Six of them are detained at the Ningbo City No. 1 Detention Center. Ms. Zhao was subjected to solitary confinement in a small cell.
8. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Mr. Su Hongyou was arrested by officers from the Xinbin County Police Department Domestic Security Division on November 11, 2015. He was detained at the Xinbin County Detention Center for 15 days.
Mr. Su's wife and Ms. Li Hongyu went to the Xinbin County Domestic Security Division for the information about the arrest. Ms. Li was held and then her husband Mr. Guan Shihui was also arrested. The police confiscated two computers and two printers.
Mr. Guan was detained at the Xinbin County Detention Center for 13 days. Ms. Li was detained at the Nangou Detention Center but later released after being extorted 500 yuan.

Mr. Wei Lesheng was arrested by officers from the Biaobaisi Town Police Station in Qihe County on December 22, 2015. He was detained for 13 days.

Mr. Zhou Guangming was arrested by officers from the Xinqiao Police Station in Linyi City on December 24, 2015, for distributing calendars having information about the persecution of Falun Gong on them. He is detained at the Linyi Detention Center.

Ms. Fan Yuqin and Ms. Fan Lianfeng were arrested by officers from the Shibahe Police Station and Han Xiaoping, the Sunjiazhuang Village secretary, on December 25, 2015. The police ransacked their homes.
12. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Cui Xuelei Arrested
Ms. Cui Xuelei was arrested on December 27, 2015, when she distributed Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs. She was released after being extorted 150 yuan.
13. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Yuan Suxia's Whereabouts Unknown
Ms. Yuan Suxia was arrested on December 27, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator. Her whereabouts are still unknown.
14. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Shuhua Detained
Ms. Wang Shuhua was recently arrested by officers from the Xiajiadian Police Station. She is detained at a detention center.

Ms. Wang Yingxian, arrested on May 14, 2015, was sentenced to 18 months in prison by Xinmin Court in December 2015, due to false charges brought by officers from the Xinmin City Domestic Security Division, Xinglongbao Police Station, and Xinmin City Procuratorate.
19. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Imprisoned
Ms. Li Dongxu was transferred from the Shenyang City Detention Center to Liaoning Province Women's Prison at the end of November, 2015. She is deprived of family visits.
Ms. Gao Jingqun and Mr. Yu Ming were also transferred to a prison.
20. [Shanghai] Ms. Yang Xiao's Whereabouts Unknown
Ms. Yang Xiao, in her 30s, was arrested on December 25, 2015. Her whereabouts are still unknown.
21. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Xu Shuhua and Mr. Wang Dianqun Detained
Ms. Xu Shuhua and Mr. Wang Dianqun were arrested by officers from the Shiting Town Police Station on December 26, 2015, for posting informational posters about suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator. They are detained at the Laishui County Detention Center.

Ms. Wang Enfang was arrested by officers from the Wangxian Town Police Station on December 25, 2015, when they went to that police station to talk to officers about the persecution of Falun Gong.
Ms. Chang and Ms. Wang are detained at the Hejin County Detention Center.

Ms. Zhang Ruiqun was arrested and taken to the Qinzhou Brainwashing Center on December 24, 2015
24. [Shanghai] Six Practitioners Detained
Six practitioners were arrested on December 23, 2015. They are Mr. Yang Linke, Mr. Zhu Daolin, Mr. Han Yixi, Mr. Ling Kang, Mr. Huang Xiaoyu, and Mr. Han Yan.
Mr. Zhu and Mr. Han are detained at Pudong Detention House and the rest at the Pudong Detention Center.
25. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Yang Xiuhua Detained
Ms. Yang Xiuhua was arrested and her home ransacked on December 7, 2015. She is detained at Nanzhou Detention Center.
26. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Five Practitioners Detained
Ms. Fu Lianhua, Ms. Fan Chengxiu, and Ms. Liu Guiying were arrested by officers from the local police station on December 13, 2015. They were detained at the Shouguang Detention Center for 15 days.
Ms. Li Guichun and Ms. Zhu Xiuhui were arrested by officers from a local police station on December 17, 2015. They were detained at Weifang Detention Center for a month.
27. [Xinyi City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zeng Qinghua and Mr. Ge Guangyuan Detained
Ms. Zeng Qinghua and Mr. Ge Guangyuan were arrested by officers from the local police station on December 20, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. They are detained at a detention center.
28. [Shanghai] Mr. Leng Xiaodong Arrested
Mr. Leng Xiaodong was arrested by officers from the local police department on December 22, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police confiscated Falun Gong books, informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong, computers, printers, and other personal items.

Mr. Liu Haohui was arrested by officers from the 610 Office on August 21, 2015. He is detained at Zhaoyuan City Detention Center and deprived of family visits.
