(Minghui.org) The Fa-rectification is in its final stage. However, there are still many people who have not been saved, as well as a lot of practitioners who have fallen behind.

Master keeps extending the time, but time is very limited. I was one of those practitioners who made some mistakes and had fallen behind. Fortunately, I was awakened by my fellow practitioners. I would like to share my thoughts about how to help fellow practitioners who have fallen behind.

First of all, we have to be determined and have the mindset of never giving up.

Master said,

“Dafa disciples’ resources are limited, and so if this is something you want to do, you definitely need to do it well—otherwise don’t do it.” (“Fa Teaching Given at the 2010 New York Fa Conference” from Teaching the Fa at the Conference XI)

“Dafa disciples should pay attention to things you do. If you’re going to do it, then do it the way it should be done.” (“Fa Teaching at the 2016 New York Fa Conference”)

We should not feel frustrated or discouraged when setbacks occur. Some practitioners even came up with excuses when they were upset, such as, “I need to go home to search inward,” or “let's forget about the practitioner who fell behind.”

However, the actual situation was that they were discouraged and were trying to avoid difficulties.

I understand that it is a really big task to help those practitioners who have fallen behind. It cannot only be done by practitioners. It also involves immeasurable efforts from our Master.

For example, if a practitioner would like to pull himself up, Master will arrange how to improve his/her xinxing, how to eliminate karma for that particular practitioner, and how to help him come back to Dafa.

Without Master's arrangements, no one could complete the task. If we feel discouraged and give up halfway, all of the efforts that Master has put forth would be wasted.

Secondly, we should not be misled by the words of those practitioners. Some of them don't listen, and some are really talkative. Their words may make them sound like steadfast practitioners. However, we should look at their xinxing and whether they are doing the three things asked of practitioners.

Finally, we should not enhance the human notions of those practitioners. Most of the time, their words are incompatible with the Fa. Some of them always focus on other practitioners' shortcomings. And some also have wrong understandings of the Fa.

We need to be careful not to be misled by their perceptions and enhance their human notions. Human notions are not the true traits of these practitioners and need to be eliminated during the cultivation process.

All of us know that we should search within when conflicts occur. If we fail to do that, the conflicts will remain and cannot be resolved. However, when we search within, we should not go to extremes. For example, when a conflict happens at work, should we stop working and go home to search within? No, we should do well with what we have to do, even in the realm of everyday society.
