(Minghui.org) A Haicheng City resident was put on trial again barely three years after he was released from a 10-year prison term for refusing to renounce Falun Gong, a spiritual discipline being persecuted by the Chinese communist regime.

Mr. Zhang De appeared in court on September 21 of this year. The judge changed the room number at the last minute without updating the trial notice on the bulletin board. Mr. Zhang’s friends couldn’t find where he was and ended up waiting outside during his court hearing.

Four family members of Mr. Zhang’s were allowed inside, but they were videotaped from time to time by three black-clad agents who refused to disclose their identities.

The judge prohibited the lawyer from making his defense arguments. The prosecutor followed up by recommending a prison sentence of 5-6 years. When Mr. Zhang’s family protested the unfair trial, they were threatened by the three agents.
