According to this report, 4 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 39 were illegally arrested. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.

Ms. Sun Yunxiang and her daughter Ms. Yang Chunyan were arrested by officers from the Xinli Village Police Station on March 6, 2016. The police confiscated a computer and approximately 4,000 yuan in cash. Their arrests were approved on March 7. They are detained at the Dongli District Detention Center.

Mr. Zhao Ming, a doctor at the Hengshui No. 4 Hospital, was arrested at Hengshui Railway Station on March 11, 2016. He was traveling to Beijing to attend an academic conference. He was taken to the Lubei Police Station and later transferred to a detention center.

Ms. Li Rongxiu was arrested at home by officers from the Heguan Police Station on March 10, 2016. She was taken to the Qingzhou City Domestic Security Division.

Ms. Sun Yuqin and another practitioner were arrested by officers from the Wenchang Police Station on March 11, 2016. They were released that evening.

Ms. Jiang Haiyan was recently arrested by officers from Yuanbaoshan District, for suing former Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin.
Ms. Zhao Shulan, arrested on March 7, 2016, is detained at the Lingshang Detention Center in the Yuanbaoshan District.

Ms. Sun Meiling and Mr. Gao Song were arrested on March 11, 2016, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They are detained at the Jianqiao Police Station.

Mr. Cai Yun and Mr. Lu Gang were arrested by officers including Wei Jianchao from Hetaoyuan Town Police Station on March 9, 2016, for putting up display boards which had information about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Yang Rui was arrested by plainclothes officers on March 11, 2016, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was rejected by a detention center because she failed the physical examination. However, she is still detained at Hantun Police Station and her car was confiscated.

Ms. Wang Sanxiu was arrested on a bus while on her way to visit family in Shaoyang on March 10, 2016. She is detained at the Nanjing Brainwashing Center.

Mr. Wu Yulin was arrested and had his home ransacked by officers from the Qinhuai District on March 10, 2016. He is detained at the Qinhuai District Detention Center.

Ms. Chen Liyuan, 62, was arrested by officers from Houjiagou Police Station on March 7, 2016, for suing Jiang Zemin. She is detained at the Jinnan Road Brainwashing Center.
Ms. Wang Yuzhen, in her 70s, was arrested by officers from the Xingfu Police Station on March 26, 2016. She is detained at the Yaojia Detention Center.

The police confiscated Falun Gong books, a photo of the founder of Falun Gong, and a small radio. Mr. Wei Jiuxiang was also arrested. One practitioner is still detained, the others were released that evening.

Ms. Guo Yazhi was arrested by officers from Shunhua Road Police Station on March 6, 2016. She was detained at Jinan City No. 3 Detention Center for nine days.

Ms. Zhang Hongxi, Ms. Yu Ruihong, and two other practitioners were arrested on February 24, 2016, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. The two were released that day. Ms. Zhang and Ms. Yu were detained at Liaocheng City Detention Center for 10 days.
