(Minghui.org) I began to practice Falun Dafa in the spring of 1998. Because of our faith in Dafa, my coworkers and I have survived many life threatening situations while performing our duties.
I work in a mine and the job is extremely dangerous. Every now and then, there is a serious injury or fatality at work. My coworkers who believe that Falun Dafa is good, have survived many life threatening incidents.
I still get emotional when I think about the narrow escapes, and how Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa, protects us from the perils of our job.
There are six Falun Dafa practitioners in our group and we often talk to our coworkers about the goodness of Dafa, and how people have obtained blessings because of their positive attitudes towards the practice.
Many of my coworkers have had positive experiences in dangerous situations, so most of them believe that Dafa protects them, and no longer believe the the Chinese Communist Party's lies and propaganda against Falun Dafa.
Our group leader and my apprentice were carrying a heavy oxygen cylinder underground to where we were working. I was following right behind.
When we arrived, the apprentice lost his grip and dropped the cylinder. The valve snapped off as the top of the cylinder hit the ground.
It was pressurized and took off like a rocket, heading straight at me. I had no time to react, but the cylinder went right between my legs without touching me.
If it had hit me, I could have easily been killed or my bones shattered.
I am so fortunate to be a Falun Dafa practitioner. No words can express my gratitude to Master for protecting me!
My coworker and I were once getting ready to extract ore after setting off an explosive device. Shortly after the dust settled, I had a strange feeling that something was wrong and told my coworker that we needed to leave immediately.
Two minutes later, there was another explosion. My coworker was so relieved to be alive, and started yelling “Falun Dafa is good!” There was no doubt in either of our minds that Master Li had protected us.
On another occasion, my coworker was operating a vertical shaft drilling machine. The drill was going in slanted and the cooling cylinder was swaying back and forth. It was very dangerous, and my coworker didn't want to continue to work in such dangerous conditions.
The district manager offered him triple pay to continue drilling and finish the hole. My coworker had no choice, so he asked Master Li for help and kept repeating, “Falun Dafa is good” until he finished drilling. It turned out fine and there was no incident.
