Ms. Wang Fengying was arrested by officers from the Honggutan Police Department's Domestic Security Division on the morning of June 12, 2017 for hanging Falun Gong banners in Honggutan New Area. She was held in the Changbei No. 1 Detention Center. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong and a computer.

Mr. Lu Jiarong, Ms. Bai Xuesong, and Ms. Liang Jun were arrested in early August 2016. They have been held in the Qinhuangdao Detention Center.
3. [Beijing] Mr. Yang Guanren Detained
Mr. Yang Guanren, China region president of a group company, was reported for talking to a taxi driver about Falun Gong in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province on a business trip in May 2017. He was arrested by officers from the Yuehai Police Station, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City. He has been held in the Nanshan Detention Center.
