(Minghui.org) We put together a team in 2016 to assist Master in rectifying the Fa. Every day, we go out to hang banners with information about Falun Dafa in order to help people understand the facts about Dafa and the persecution.

At first, we simply had banners printed with “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance” and put them on utility poles. They were frequently torn down by the next day as the banners were hung low. Later, we hung the banners much higher by utilizing long bamboo sticks.

The banners inspired people and the persecution eased up in our area, which greatly encouraged us.

Master said:

“Go and do the things Dafa disciples should do. If you can intimidate the evil, eliminate the evil, and inspire the world’s people, go ahead and do it and there is no problem. In fact, these truth banners have indeed played a role.” (“Fa Teaching at the 2016 New York Fa Conference”)

Master's words encouraged us. We treated the streets as a cultivation field. We downloaded truth-clarification materials from the Minghui website, produced the banners, and then hung them at night.

We posted a total of 67 banners on the evening of July 20, 2016, despite a heavy rain. We were all soaked.

When the authorities figured out how we posted the banners on utility poles, we changed our approach. We decided to hang banners in trees. We tied hooks and small water bottles to the banners and then threw the banners into trees with the weight of the water bottles creating a momentum. The hooks held the banners fast in the trees.

One practitioner hung 110 banners from trees this way on the evening of August 10, 2016. It looked spectacular.

We did another round and hung 146 banners in trees the next evening, working through the night until 4 a.m.

We have hung 960 banners since July 10 this year.

The banners have indeed played a role in deterring persecution activities and there has been no persecution in our region for quite some time. We also realize that we could never have done this without Master’s support and encouragement, and are grateful for this opportunity to save and inspire people.
