(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Zhang Chunming, 64, has been illegally detained for nearly four months. Her case has been submitted to the court in Nanming District. The lawyer that her family hired for her pleaded not guilty on her behalf.
Officer Li Jialin from ShuiKousi arrested Ms. Zhang and ransacked her home on April 21, 2014. Her computers, printers and DVD recorders were taken. An officer even handcuffed Ms. Zhang's daughter-in-law, who is not a practitioner, so tightly that she screamed in pain.
Ms. Zhang has now been detained in the Nanming District Detention Center for about four months.
Ms. Zhang was arrested twice previously. She was sent to labor camps twice, in 2000 and 2008. In 2008, she was sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp.
Throughout the past ten years the Nanming District Court has sentenced many innocent practitioners and destroyed their families.
